Summary:
Recruiter will source candidates for the recruitment of Telecom, IT, warehousing, and back office professionals nationally.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Source passive and active candidates via various recruitment strategies, including online resume databases (examples: LinkedIn, Indeed, Zip Recruiter, and Monster) and social media.
- Be a go-to resource for the identification of top-tier candidates for the CBMA management team to ensure that their immediate and future hiring needs are satisfied through sourcing potential candidates for full-time, contract-to-perm, and contract opportunities.
- Utilize, help build, and maintain a Recruiting Database (ATS – Applicant Tracking System).
- Perform sourcing-level candidate interviews: Explain CBM of America’s business and who we are, explain our benefits (when applicable), the job details, share the overall CBM recruitment process, collect relevant notes, schedule interviews, and submit to hiring managers.
- Schedule “screening” calls with CBMA team members when required.
- Schedule hiring manager level interviews with CBMA hiring managers – both phone/video (Google Meet) and in-person interviews.
- Be an approachable resource who can answer questions and research answers when necessary.
- Demonstrate professionalism, commitment, ethics, and integrity when engaging with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow policies and procedures; complete administrative tasks correctly and on time.
- Support the organization's goals and uphold values.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Three or more years of Recruitment experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Be a persuasive negotiator with the ability to analyze and effectively resolve problems and conflicts.
- Strong communication skills are required.
- Must be a self-starter who has the ability to work independently.
- Must be a strong listener with a “can-do” attitude.
- Experience with communicating via: email, phone, text, video, in person, and via internet chat.
- Project tracking experience (i.e., MS Excel and recruiting databases).
Physical Demands:

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, crouch and talk or hear.
- The employee will be required to use his/her hands 60% of the time to type, write, and handle paperwork.
- The employee will be sitting at a desk 50% of the time while walking between offices and other work areas.
- The employee may, from time to time, be required to lift weights (i.e,. paper boxes and products) up to 30 pounds.
- Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less) is generally required, as the employee will, for the most part, be working at a computer.
Work Environment:
- The work environment will consist of a business office setting.
- Occasional visits to telecom equipment areas and data centers may be required.
- Occasional travel for meetings may be required.
